Important: All plumbing professionals connected through Fast Response Plumbing are independent contractors, not employees or agents of Fast Response Plumbing.

•Each contractor is responsible for the quality of work and any warranties provided
•Fast Response Plumbing does not supervise, control, or direct the work of contractors
•Contractors are responsible for compliance with all applicable laws and regulations
4. Disclaimer of Liability
Fast Response Plumbing is not responsible for:
•The quality, timeliness, or completion of work performed by independent contractors
•Any damages, injuries, or losses resulting from contractor work
•Disputes between you and any contractor
•Any contractor's failure to maintain proper licensing or insurance
•Any contractor's violation of laws or regulations
Dispute Resolution: Any disputes regarding the plumbing services provided should be resolved directly with the contractor who performed the work. Fast Response Plumbing is not a party to these disputes and cannot mediate or arbitrate contractor disputes.
